Financial and technological issues for the development of clean energy projects in Vietnam

According to the plan, on May 7, 2021, in Ho Chi Minh City, the "International Forum on Finance and Technology for Clean Energy Projects in Vietnam (first time)" and Voting "The TOP prestigious electrical equipment brands in Vietnam in 2020". However, due to complying with the measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic of the Government and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the Forum had to stop right before one day. Faced with the situation of "force majeure" due to the pandemic, the experts and managers discussed and contributed opinions, the Science Council of Vietnam Energy Magazine decided to make a report and recommendations on a number of mechanisms and policies for the sustainable development of clean energy in Vietnam to the Prime Minister, the Head of the Central Economic Commission, the Minister of Industry and Trade as well as related ministries and industries.
Powering 220 kV transformer substation for BIM Wind Power Project

Trung Nam Construction Investment Joint Stock Company has successfully powered the 500kV transformer substation with two transformers by 225 MVA each (2x225 MVA) and 1.2 km of transmission line for connecting the Ea Nam Wind Power Project –largest wind power plant in Vietnam at present time to the 500 kV Di Linh - Pleiku transmission line.

PID effect, micro-cracks, and hot spots are three important factors that can affect the performance of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules. Among them, PID effect and hot spots usually appear after installation and operation of PV panels for a period of time. Micro-cracks are a common problem associated with solar photovoltaic modules and they are difficult to detect with the eyes. In view of these potentially hidden problems, how we identify and rectify them is important. In the last Solis Seminar, we introduced the problem of PID effect and its solutions. SP Group signs MOU with BGC Energy to invest in renewables in Vietnam
