Within the framework of President Nguyen Xuan Phuc's working trip to the United States, T&T group (Vietnam) and UPC Renewables (USA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation to develop wind power (onshore, near-shore) and solar power projects with a total capacity of about 1,500 MW and a total investment of about US& 2.5 billion in Ninh Thuan, Dak Nong, Dak Nong, Soc Trang, Ben Tre and Bac Lieu provinces.
