Recently, in Hanoi, PetroVietnam Power Corporation - JSC (PV Power) together with IB Global and Vietnam IDG Capital signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic cooperation relationship between PV Power and the Vietnam Clean Energy Fund after its establishment.
