On the morning of August 12, 2024, in Hanoi, Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) signed a cooperation agreement on financing State investment credit.

On March 26, at the investment promotion conference in 2017 of Quang Nam province, an investment cooperation agreement on a gas project of Blue Whale field between Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN), Exxon Mobil Corporation (USA) and Quang Nam province has been signed with the witness of the Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

On Octorber 28th, 2014, in Ha Noi, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) and Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) have signed a cooperation agreement.

Under the witness of Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP) and Indian Multinational Petroleum Corporation(ONGC) have signed a cooperation agreement in petroleum field.
