On August 22, 2016, at the Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Port, Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structural JSC (PVC-MS, stocks code: PXS) has successfully launched the under-frame of Tho Trang (White Rabbit) rig 3 invested by Vietnam-Russia joint venture, and implemented by PVC-MS as a Contractor for manufacture and assembly.
