PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) has been awarded the “Top 50 best listed companies" prize by the Vietnam Forbes Magazine.

PV Drilling informed that since the official operation (November of 2009) up to now the PV DRILLING III rig has achieved a success of continuous safe operation for nine years without incident for working stop (Zero LTI) and specially, without recordable incident (No Recordable Incident).  

PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) (Securities Code: PVD) said that it is estimated that business results in the 3rd quarter of 2015, in which profit after tax is estimated at 567 billion VND, decrease 5.0% over the same period (Q3 / 2014) but increased by 7.9% comparing to the previous quarter (Q2 / 2015). 

On July 07, 2015, in Hanoi, PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) has signed a contract to supply lifting rig PV Drilling II for Red River Oil Company (PVEP Red River).

PetroVietnam Drilling and Services JSC (PV Drilling) has received a Prize "The Best Annual Report Top Ten" in a Selection of  2014 Best Annual Report.

From November 14th to 18th of 2015, Petrovietnam organized the 4th Vocational Contest for employees in the oil and gas industry in Vung Tau, and PV Drilling was honored to receive the team’s 1st prize.  

Revenue is estimated at over 8,000 billion VND and profit after tax for shareholders reached 1.100 billion VND, reduced 19% and 17% respectively over the same period, the PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) said.

On January 21th, 2015, in Thai Binh city, PV Drilling (PetroVietnam) and Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Thai Binh province)  held a signing ceremony on a finance agreement of PV Drilling for Thai Binh Women’ Volleyball Team.

On July 25th 2015, the anniversary of 15-year-operation was held at the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange with the participation of the Prime Minister – Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung, together with the Minister of Finance – Mr. Dinh Tien Dung as well as representatives of State Securities Commission of Viet Nam and Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee.

On November 26, 2015, PV Drilling celebrated its 14th Anniversary that marked another milestone to further solidify the brand name “PV Drilling – Pioneer of Vietnam Drillers.” PV Drilling was honored to welcome esteemed guests from Petrovietnam: Mr. Pham Xuan Canh – Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Party Committee and Member of Petrovietnam’s Council, Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung – Vice President of Petrovietnam, Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan – Chairwoman of Petrovietnam’s Trade Union and excellent employees from all over PV Drilling representing more than 2,000 employees who are currently working at the company.
