The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has issued Decision No. 1882/QD-BCT dated 23 July 2026, approving the 2026 electricity generation price framework for combined-cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plants fueled by natural gas. Under the Decision, the electricity generation price ranges from VND 0 to VND 3,410.64 per kWh, excluding value-added tax (VAT).
