The competitive financing process reflects EVNNPT’s proactive efforts to mobilize financial resources for the development of the power transmission system. The projects span northern and southern Vietnam and comprise 220 kV and 500 kV substations and connecting transmission lines, with implementation overseen by EVNNPT’s project management boards.
