On February 22, in Yen Bai province, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) and Project Management Board of Central Power Projects (CPMB) deployed to construct the two urgent transmission projects in the Northwest Region including Huoi Quang - Nghia Lo 220 kV transmission line; Nghia Lo 220 kV transformer substation and 220 kV transformation line from Nghia Lo to 500 kV Viet Tri transformer substation.
