In Hanoi, Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan - General Director of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), and Mr. Seiji Kawamura - Executive Director of the Oversea Power Business Board and Executive Director in charge of the Asian power market of the Japanese Marubeni Group discussed the signed MOU and start cooperation programs for reducing carbon emissions. Marubeni is the first group to sign MOU with EVN on carbon liquidation.
