The working environment of a PV plant is relatively complex, and extreme environments such as high/low temperature, humidity, salt spray, heavy sand and other harsh environments, can test the reliability and environmental adaptability of the PV system. More and more PV plants are being built in water, desert, and in coastal areas.

On Aug. 7th, 2014, at the office of Central Power Corporation (EVN CPC), Da Nang City was held a Signing Ceremony of MoU between the International Copper Association of Southeast Asia (ICASEA), Da Nang Centre for Energy saving and technology transfer (DECC) and EVN CPC on establishing Technical Regulations for connecting Solar PV Systems on the roof of the buildings to the National Electric Network.
