On October 13, 2017, the Sao Mai group and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) have signed an agreement on cooperating investment in a largest in Vietnam Solar Power Project of 210 MW with a total value of US$ 193.35 million in Tinh Bien district, An Giang province. The project is financed by USAID through Low Emission Energy Program for Vietnam (V- LEEP).
