The Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee (PPC) has just announced to supplement the nine solar power projects to the National Power Development Planning in 2011-2020 period with a vision to 2030.

Camau provincial people’s committee (PPC) has just sent a proposal to Ministry of Industry and Trade for supplementing a 50 MW (annual output of 73.904 million kWh) solar power project of Long Hung company in the Camau provincial power development planning.

Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has just decided to add a Dohwa solar power project to the power development planning of Qung Binh province in 2016 – 2025 period with outlook up to 2035. This is a project among the Dohwa renewable energy complex of Dohwa Group (Korea) which has a capacity of 49.5 MW and occupies 75.1 ha area in Ngu Thuy Bac village, Hung Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province.

The Government Office has just issued an announcement No 55/TB-VPCP dated February 26, 2022, the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Le Van Thanh at the meeting on the completion of the national power development planning in the 2021 – 2030 period and vision to 2045 (PDP VIII).

Information from Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, on December 29, 2020, the provincial People's Committee reported to the Prime Minister on the addition of the Binh Dinh offshore wind power plant to the National Power Development Plan in the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision up to 2045 (PDP VIII) as a basis for project investment promotion in accordance with the law.

The Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee has agreed with the investment policy and proposal to include two LNG Gas Turbine Combined Cycle (GTCC) with a total capacity of 6,100 MW in Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park, Hung Thang commune, Tien Lang district and Cai Trap island, Cat Hai district in the Power Development Plan (PDP) VIII.

Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee (PPC) has just issued a document to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) with a proposal to converse in Power Development Planning VIII (PDPVIII) Vung Ang power center 3 (Vung Ang 3&4 projects) from coal to LNG burning and increase capacity of this center from 2400 to 4800 MW.
