HA TINH, 10 August 2026 – The Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee has issued four decisions approving the investment policies and investors for the Ky Anh 1, Ky Anh 2, Ky Anh 3 and Ky Anh 4 Wind Power Plant projects. With a combined capacity of 225 MW and total investment capital of VND 7.81 trillion, the projects are expected to establish a new renewable energy hub in the province, contributing to the implementation of the revised Power Development Plan VIII, national energy security and green growth.

Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 39/QD-UBND (dated September 18, 2025), approving the investment policy for the Ky Anh Wind Power Plant project. This is the first approval decision, which also stipulates the form of investor selection through an invitation of interest and bidding for land-use projects.
