At the first meeting of the State Steering Committee for the important national programs and projects, on the afternoon of December 6, 2023, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized that the Important national programs and projects must be diverted. Accordingly, the green divert (without difficulties or problems and on schedule), the yellow divert (with some difficulties and problems, and will be changed to the green divert after being removed) and the red divert including projects that need to be focused on with strong and drastic measures.
