In Xiangkhuang Province (Laos), Phongsubthavy Group has officially launched the groundbreaking ceremony for the Nam Neun 1 Hydropower Project, with an installed capacity of 124 MW. Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone and representatives from relevant ministries, sectors, and local authorities attended the ceremony.
