The People's Committee of Gia Lai Province has officially approved the investment policy for the Ia Le 2 Wind Power Plant Project, part of the Ia Le Wind Power Complex located in Chu Puh and Ia Le communes. Following the approval of the investment policy, the investor will be selected through a competitive bidding process.

Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 39/QD-UBND (dated September 18, 2025), approving the investment policy for the Ky Anh Wind Power Plant project. This is the first approval decision, which also stipulates the form of investor selection through an invitation of interest and bidding for land-use projects.

On October 1, 2024, in Hanoi, Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation - Joint Stock Company (PV Power) announced a credit contract worth 521.5 million USD to finance the Nhon Trach 3 and 4 Power Plant projects. This is a credit contract signed with a consortium of 2 banks Citi and ING, insured by KSURE and SERV.

On September 25, in Hanoi, Mr. Pham Hong Phuong, A Deputy General Director of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) worked with a group of sponsors of the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower project including the French Development Agency (AFD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), German Reconstruction Bank (KfW).

On September 30, in Ha Noi, Siemens AG held an Opening Ceremony “Project Execution Hub” in Vietnam, which serves to complete Siemens contracted projects of Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP) worldwide.

In the morning of July 17th, 2014 in Hanoi, Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) held the Loan Agreement signing Ceremony of the Japan International Corporation Bank (JBIC) for Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant Project.
