According to information from the PetroVietnam (PVN) [*], the PetroVietnam Chemical and Services Corporation (PVChem) - a PVN subsidiary and Messer SE Co. KGaA (Germany) have signed a Joint Venture Agreement to establish Cái Mép Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, the PVChem–Messer Joint Venture will invest in building an industrial gas plant in the Cái Mép Industrial Park (Ho Chi Minh City).
