Helsinki, Finland – October 21, 2025, the Vietnam National Industry – Energy Group (Petrovietnam) and Valmet, Finland’s leading industrial technology company, have taken another step forward in strengthening cooperation in automation, flow control, clean energy, and digital transformation - key pillars in advancing toward Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 target.

The Vietnamese coal industry will focus on strengthening the application of scientific and technological advances in production to increase labor productivity, reduce costs, and ensure worker safety in order to drive towards sustainable development.

Nowadays, technological innovation has become a critically important factor and has a decisive meaning to the growth and success of enterprises. Therefore, many legal documents have been created to encourage and support enterprises to promote scientific and technological activities and improve their competitiveness.

The 12th National Technological Innovation Awards were granted to 88 projects in Hanoi on March 31, contributing to confirming the will and creativity of the Vietnamese. These were useful projects, helping users save time and costs as well as bringing greater economic efficiency.
