On January 27, 2026, Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith – General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), together with a high-level delegation of the Lao Party and State, paid a visit to and held a working session with Vietnam Electricity (EVN).
