On August 28, 2026, in Muong Lay Ward, Dien Bien Province, Dien Bien Solar Power Joint Stock Company, a member of PC1 Group, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Trung Thu Solar Power Project, which will be developed on the reservoir of the Trung Thu Hydropower Plant. PC1 Group is serving as both the project investor and EPC contractor.
