On November 29, in Hanoi, within the framework of activities of the 45th Session of the ASEAN Council on Petroleum (ASCOPE), a handover ceremony of the function of ASCOPE General Secretary between National Petroleum Company of Thailand (PTT) and Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) was held.
