Currently, the project is completing the procedures to hand over to Power Transmission Company 4 under the National Power Transmission Corporation (NPTC) for managing and operating.

On October 16, 2019, in Hanoi, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) and the Electricity Trading Company (EVNEPTC) signed the Contract on power transmission service for 2019-2023 period with the price of electricity transmission in 2019 as 101.3 VND/kWh, down 9.58 VND/kWh in comparison with the price in 2018.
