On March 2, 2020, the Ninh Thuan Energy Industry Joint Stock Company (a member unit of T&T Group) signed the EPC contract with the Sharp – NSN Joint Venture to develop Phuoc Ninh Solar Power Project (SPP).

After a period of construction efforts, at 4:30 on June 29, 2020, in Ninh Phuoc 220 kV transformer substation (TS), the Power Project Management Board of the Central Region in cooperation with relevant units organized powering and putting into operation Ninh Phuoc 220 kV transformer substation and connecting power lines.

Ninh Thuan Provincial Department of Planning and Investment has announced invitation to interested investors to register investment in Phuoc Dan wind power project with a capacity of 45 MW and a total investment of over VND 1,400 billion.

The Central Power Corporation (EVN CPC) informed, the power project to Ly Son island is being realized on schedule, and expected to be checked and taken over on Sep. 30, 2014.

On April 19, 2014 at Quan Lan Commune, (Van Don District, Quang Ninh Province), Quang Ninh provincal people committee(PPC), Electricity of  Vietnam (EVN) and Northern Power Corporation (EVN NPC) held the starting construction ceremony of Power grid project for powering Quan Lan, Minh Chau, Ban Sen, Ngoc Vung, Thang Loi Island Communes (Van Don District) by National Electricity Network.

On Sep 28 morning , 2014, at Ly Son Island district (Quang Ngai province), Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) and Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee held an Inauguration Ceremony of the project supplying Ly Son Island district with electricity from the national power system by the submarine cable. The Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended and spoke at the ceremony.

On Sept. 08, 2020, the Deputy Prime Ministry Trinh Dinh Dung approved to adjust the capacity of Hoa Binh 5 wind power project (in Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu province) which has been supplemented to the Adjusted Power Development Planning VII (PDP VII+) from 120 MW to 80 MW (for the first phase) and  add the KOSY Bac Lieu wind power project (first phase) with a capacity of 40 MW (also in Hoa Bibh district) to PDP+.

The 220 kV South Saigon - District 8 transmission line was successfully powered by the Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) and construction companies on June 23 evening.

Under the Government's authorization, on January 16, 2024, Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc presented a report to the National Assembly on capital allocation for public investment projects.

On Aug 22, the National Power Transmission Corporation started the construction of the 220 kV Transmission Line from Duyen Hai Thermal Power Center (Tra Vinh province) to Mo Cay districts (Ben Tre province).

On September 6, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City, The Power Engineering Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (PECC2) signed a consulting contract to survey and establish a feasibility study report and specialized reports of the project to supply power from the national grid for Con Dao district (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) with Power Project Management Board 3 – The Representative of ing Vietnam Electricity of Vietnam (A project investor).

In the 13th charity medical program, Chung Ang University Hospital doctors will provide free medical examination, consultation, and medicine to about 1,500 people in Binh Son and Tra Bong districts and at the same time sponsor an X-ray digital radiography system for Binh Son Medical Center.
