According to the Dicision No. 89/QĐ -TTg, dated on Jan 12, 2016, the Prime Minister has appointed Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh - General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) cum the Chairman of the Board of Directors’ duties as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam.

On December 4, 2015, PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) held a Ceremony to announce the Decision on appointing Dr. Do Van Khanh as the Chairman of PV Drilling Board of Directors.

The information from the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) said: In the afternoon of April 16, 2019, in Da Nang city, The Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) announced the Decision to appoint Chairman, General Director and Members of the Member Council of the EVNCPC and organized a ceremony for signing the authorized contract to manage the capital of EVN in EVNCPC.

The Prime Minister has just signed Decision No. 868/QD-TTg, on July 19, 2023 for mobilizing and appointing Mr. Dang Hoang An - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade to hold the position of The Chairman of the Member Council of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN).

On March 24, 2020, Mr. Le Minh Chuan, Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) signed the decision to appoint Mr. Phan Xuan Thuy - The Head of Mining Engineering-Technological Department to position of Vinacomin Deputy General Director with a term of 5 years since April 02, 2020.

Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang signed a Decision to appoint the General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group

On Sep 25, 2014, the Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang has signed Decision No. 8568 / QD-BCT, on the appointment of General  Director of the Vietnam national Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation (Vinacomin).

By the Decision No642-QĐ/TW dated 22/12/2017 of the Politburo of Communist Party of Vietnam, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, the member of Central Committee, Secretary of Lang Son provincial Communist party Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation of Lang Son will relinquish all the positions in Lang Son province to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission and Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam Niational Oil and Gas Group.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 1668/QD-TTg appointing Mr. Le Manh Hung - Member of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of PVN from January 1, 2024. (The appointment period is 5 years).

The Prime Minister has just signed the Decision No 818/QĐ-TTg dated July 02, 2019 on reappointing Mr. Le Minh Chuan as the Chairman of the Member’s Council of Vietnam Coal -Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) since June 27, 2019.

The P.M Nguyen Tan Dung issued the Decision No. 1056/QĐ-TTg dated on June 27th 2014 to appoint Board of Management of Vietnam National Coal, Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited Mr.  Le Minh Chuan as the Chairman of Vinacomin Member Council.
