Mr. Duong Quang Thanh, the Chairman of EVN Member Council awarded appointment decisions

The EVN has issued the appointment decisions for:

1.Mr. Vo Quang Lam - Deputy Director of EVN, Chairman and General Director of EVNCPC to hold the positions of Deputy General Director of EVN and Chairman of the Member Council of EVNCPC.

2. Mr. Ngo Tan Cu - Chairman and Director of Da Nang city Single Member Power Company Limited to hold the positions of Member of the Member Council and General Director of EVNCPC.

3.Mr. Nguyen Duc - Deputy General Director of EVNCPC to hold the position of Member of the Member Council of EVNCPC

4. Mr. Nguyen Thanh - Director of Quang Ngai provincial Power Company to hold the position of Member of the Member Council of EVNCPC.

5. Mr. Trinh Trung Phuong - Head of Materials Department of EVNCPC to hold the position of Member of the Member Council of EVNCPC.

The above Decisions take effect from April 16, 2019, with the appointment term of 05 years.

After that, the ceremony for signing the minutes to  hand over the tasks of EVNCPC General Director between Mr. Vo Quang Lam and Mr. Ngo Tan Cu took place

Speaking with assigning the tasks for EVNCPC, Chairman of EVN Member Council Duong Quang Thanh emphasized that the appointed leaders of EVNCPC this time are qualified, capable and experienced and have held the important positions. Therefore, he hoped that with the assigned tasks, the leaders would continue to show solidarity, unity and creativity to implement the tasks assigned by EVN to EVNCPC in 2019, 2020 and the following years to ensure enough electricity for the socio-economic development in the Central - Highlands region.

After EVN Chairman Duong Quang Thanh speaking, on behalf of EVNCPC Members Council, Chairman Vo Quang Lam expressed thanks to the leaders and all employees of EVN and EVNCPC for their confidence and assigning this great responsibility.

The New Chairman of EVNCPC affirmed that EVNCPC is one of the big units of EVN. The Corporation is responsible to guarantee electricity supply for 13 provinces in Central – Highland region with a total amount of 11,340 employees, a chartered capital at the end of 2018 of 12,788 billion VND and the total assets of 29,021 billion VND.

“EVNCPC is a traditional company with many core values formulated through many generations of leaders, so we believe that solidarity, promoting collective strength, creative intelligence, diligent tradition and spirit of high responsibility of each staff of the Corporation is the key to overcome the difficulties and challenges to fulfill all the plans of production and business in 2019 and coming years assigned by the government and EVN."
