The signing ceremony on EPCI contract for gathering gas of Dai Hung oil project
The content of EpCI package for gathering gas project of Dai Hung field includes: designing and installing the 16” gas pipeline from WHP-DH2 rig to BK-TNG rig; designing, procuring, manufacturing and installing supplemental equipment on the BK-TNG; designing, permuting construction and installing supplemental equipment on WHP-DH2 rig; and starting and running on trial the whole Dai Hung Thien Ung gas gathering system.
Dai Hung gas gathering project is a subproject of Nam Con Son 2 project under the Master Plan for Developing Vietnam Gas Industry to 2015 with outlook up to 2025 approved by the Prime Minister.
This is also a series of the most large and complicated gas projects carried out by Vietnamese enterprises so far regarding both technical and progress requirements.
Currently, Vietsovpetro has finished constructing the 19.2 km submarine gas pipeline, it is completing the permuting design, procuring material and equipment for Dai Hung 2 and Thien Ung rigs.
According to the expected progress schedule of investor for material and equipment supply, the project should be completed at the end of the third quarter, 2015.
