Transformation of power systems is necessary to guarantee flexibility over long term, but this will be more difficult in some markets than in others

The Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam (ERAV) – Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) clears the petitions of 36 investors of the transitional solar and wind power projects submitted to the Prime Minister (PM). The Vietnam Energy Magazine cites the original explanation of ERAV for reference of the readers:

The Kontum Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No 256/NQ-UBND, 2/4/2021 on approving the investment policy for KN Ialy Kon Tum solar power project of Ialy Kon Tum Solar Power Joint Stock Company.
