The Czech - Vietnam Energy Forum took place on February 20 in Hanoi, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, the Electricity of Vietnam , the Federation of Czech Industry and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Vietnam. Mr. Jozef Síkela - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Mr. Dang Hoang An - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Mr. Hynek Kmonicek – the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Vietnam co-chaired this forum.

On April 07, 2022, in Hanoi, with the participation of the Scientific-Technologic and Environmental Committee of Vietnam Assembly, State Bank, Climate Change Department- Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment (MNRE), Institute of Energy- Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), Vietnam and International Organizations and Enterprises… Scientific Council of Vietnam Energy Review and Vietnam Energy Information Center organize the Vietnam Clean Energy Forum (the Second) with the subject: "Towards Net Carbon –the Mechanisms, Policies, Technologies and Finance for the Solar, Wind and Gas power projects”.

Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with the Australian Embassy in Vietnam, held the 2017 Vietnam – Australia Energy Forum in Hanoi on May 23.

On 23/12/2020, in Ho Chi Minh City, under the direction of the Office of the National Steering Committee for Electricity Development, the Science Council of Vietnam Energy Magazine organized the “First Vietnam Clean Energy Forum and Summurising the vote of the Leading clean energy enterprises in Vietnam 2020.

At the International Convention Center (35 Hung Vuong, Hanoi), the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment of the National Assembly and the Science Council of Vietnam Energy Review have successfully organized the 3rd Vietnam Clean Energy Forum with the theme: "Development of gas and wind power infrastructure in Vietnam". On June 9-11 ROSATOM will organizes the next international forum ATOMEXPO in Moscow. The event program includes a technical tour for participants to the world’s first NPP.

The Vietnam Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Exhibition 2015 – RE & EE Vietnam 2015 will be held at the Vietnam Exhibition Fair Centre (VEFAC), 148 Giang Vo, Ba Dinh, Hanoi from 25-27 November. This important event will contribute to the development of new and renewable energy and energy efficiency in Vietnam. This first event is also co-located with the VIETWATER 2015 Expo and Forum.

On November 19th,  2014, Nuclear Industry Suppliers Forum Atomex Asia 2014 was tooking part in Ho Chi Minh city, with extensive program on strategic partnership between Russia and Vietnam in nuclear energy field, including separate sessions on localization policy and requirements to suppliers, educational cooperation and public awareness.

Within the framework of the 26th Conference of the participates in the Framework Convention of United Nations on Climate Change (COP26) taking place in the United Kingdom, under the witness of Vietnamese Prime Minister (PM) Pham Minh Chinh, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (RE) and BCG Energy signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Siemens Gamesa RE providing BCG Energy with equipment and technical solutions for wind power development in Vietnam.

In addition to its “Light up the Spratly Islands” project, Vietnamese renewable energy firm SolarBK, in 2009, installed a hybrid power supply system using both wind and solar energy with a capacity of 824kWh per day.

The 2018 Korea Energy Exhibition hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy was the 38th largest ever event with a participation of the 6th National Museum of Renewable Energy.

Following the successful inaugural event in 2012, the 2nd International Mining and Minerals Recovery Exhibition and Conference (Mining Vietnam 2014) will return from March 11 to 13, 2014 at the International Centre for Exhibition (ICE) in Hanoi.
