On March 10, 2025, in Hanoi, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) signed a credit contract for the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line project. The credit facility, valued at VND 5.472 trillion, will be disbursed over two years.

On October 1, 2024, in Hanoi, Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation - Joint Stock Company (PV Power) announced a credit contract worth 521.5 million USD to finance the Nhon Trach 3 and 4 Power Plant projects. This is a credit contract signed with a consortium of 2 banks Citi and ING, insured by KSURE and SERV.

On February 14, 2023, in Hanoi, Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) and the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam (AGRIBANK) held a ceremony to sign a credit contract worth VND 2,400 billion for the extended Ialy Hydropower Project. The extended Ialy Hydropower Project has been approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy, and its feasibility study project was approved by the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises.

On June 30, 2021 in Hanoi, Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) held the signing ceremony of the Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement and Credit Contract for Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Project (TPP).

At the afternoon of January 19, 2021, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) held a ceremony for signing a credit contract of 1,500 billion VND to sponsor “Phase 2 of the Adjusted Nam Con Son gas pipeline project”, in which Ky Dong Branch of Vietcombank as the Vietcombank representative clue provides a credit of 1,000 billion VND.

Vietnam Coal - Minerals Industry Group (Vinacomin) signed a credit contract on loan syndication worth 1,150 billion dong with Keb Hana Bank (Hanoi branch) in Hanoi.

PetroVietnam Power Joint Stock Corporation (PV Power) has just signed a 600 billion VND credit contract with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporatinon (SMBC).

On March 9, 2019, the French Embassy in Hanoi, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Quadran International Group (France) and Vietnam Truong Thanh Group, held an official ceremony on signing the credit contract for Cat Hiep (Binh Dinh province) solar power project, with a credit limit of up to 37 million USD.

On December, 2018 in Ho Chi Minh city, the Sao Mai Group and HD Bank signed the credit contract for Sao Mai solar power project (Sao Mai Solar PV1).
