The People’s Committee of Cà Mau Province has issued decisions approving the investment policies and investors for four wind power plant projects: Dong Hai 3 (Phase 2), Dong Hai 13 (Phase 2), Dong Hai 1 (Phase 4), and An Phuc Dong Hai.

HA TINH, 10 August 2026 – The Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee has issued four decisions approving the investment policies and investors for the Ky Anh 1, Ky Anh 2, Ky Anh 3 and Ky Anh 4 Wind Power Plant projects. With a combined capacity of 225 MW and total investment capital of VND 7.81 trillion, the projects are expected to establish a new renewable energy hub in the province, contributing to the implementation of the revised Power Development Plan VIII, national energy security and green growth.

Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc has directed relevant authorities to urgently complete the required documentation and submit to the Prime Minister for approval an adjustment to the Master Plan for Exploration, Extraction, Processing and Utilization of Minerals for the 2021–2030 Period, with a Vision to 2050, to address difficulties facing wind power projects in Lam Dong Province whose project areas overlap with the national mineral planning.

According to information from China Wind Power News Newspaper (www.chinawindnews.com), out of a total of 328 projects with a total installed capacity of 54 GW Chinese companies won domestic and international bids (first 5 months of 2024). ), Envision holds the top spot both in China and internationally.
