Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has recently issued a Regulation on commitment to develop power plant projects and mechanism to handle the projects behind the committed schedule.

Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) has been implementing component projects in preparation for the building of the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plants, the first of their kind in Vietnam.
