The hydraulic strand jack system The lifting of Generator to Turbine house is carried out by 40 personnel of Turbine Team from 7am of 3th Dec. The work is done under the difficul condition due to the crane can hardly be used in the Turbine house, moreover, the Generator is super - length & super - heavy equipment with 260 tons in weight.
Inside the Turbine house The engineers and workers have to use the specialized vehicles to move the device into the lifting position. Then, using 4 hydraulic strand jacks with 100 tons in weight per each to lift the equipment to a height of 14.8 meters and pull into erecting position. Up to 23h30 pm of 4th Dec, the work was completed .
It is expected that the installation of Turbine & Generator will be completed on April 2014. VietnamEnergy.vn |
