PetroVietnam signs MOUs with the two US petroleum companies

The PetroVietnam - Honeywell MOU defines the possibility of cooperation between the two sides on joint oil and gas projects as oil refinery, petrochemical projects and relevant services including advanced control system, gas discovery, treatment and measurement, corrosion monitoring and control, advanced software solutions and information network security.
The PetroVietnam – Murphy MOU mentions the two sides to seek opportunities for cooperation on oil and gas exploration and exploitation projects in Vietnam, the United States and the third countries; continue the activities for oil and gas exploration within the oil and gas contracts which have been signed (144,145 Lots on Phu Khanh basin, 11-2 / 11 Lots on Nam Con Son basin and other contracts).
The MOUs between Petrovietnam and Honeywell & Murphy companies were signed during US President Barack Obama’s visit to Vietnam.
