Request for Proposals of USAID Vietnam Urban Energy Security

Please see attached a Request for Proposals (RFP) and accompanying Scope of Work (SOW) for Setting up Energy, Greenhouse gas (GHG) database and Measuring, Reporting, Verification (MRV) framework at city level, RFP VUES-016.
Questions must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), 30 November, 2021 via email to [email protected] with copy to [email protected]. Proposals must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), 24 December, 2021 via email to [email protected] with copy to [email protected].
Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute a commitment, award, or engagement on the part of DAI nor does it commit DAI to any future commitment, award, or engagement. However, we will use responses submitted to assess whether procurement for these technical services is appropriate to meet USAID’s needs.
