NuriFlex and C&N VINA drive large-scale rooftop solar deployment in Central and Southern Vietnam

Cooperation Signing Ceremony between C&N Vina and Nuriflex Vietnam.

The signing ceremony took place on November 28, 2025, at the Lotte Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of senior leaders from both companies. Under the agreement, NuriFlex Vietnam will focus on deploying rooftop solar systems at three industrial parks owned by C&N VINA:

• Minh Hung Industrial Park (200 ha), Binh Phuoc Province.

• Phuong Dinh Industrial Park (700 ha), Quang Nam Province.

• Tam An Industrial Park (700 ha), Thua Thien Hue Province.

This partnership marks a significant step in NuriFlex Vietnam’s expansion in the renewable energy sector, reinforcing its expertise in Development Consulting, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and O&M (Operation & Maintenance). NuriFlex previously delivered several successful projects in Vietnam, including a 20MWp rooftop solar installation at the TKG Taekwang Vina facility.

As Vietnam works to accelerate its energy transition and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the government has encouraged the adoption of rooftop solar systems in industrial parks to ease pressure on the national grid and enhance operational efficiency. The collaboration between NuriFlex Vietnam and C&N VINA is therefore considered well aligned with the country’s long-term energy strategy.

A senior representative of NuriFlex Vietnam noted: “Through this strategic cooperation with C&N VINA, we aim to expand renewable energy adoption in central and southern Vietnam. With our proven technologies and global expertise, NuriFlex is committed to delivering high-quality solar power systems that maximize performance and ensure long-term operational stability, supporting partners in their green-energy transition.”

Mr. Lee Choong Geun, Chairman of C&N VINA, emphasized during the ceremony: “We have strong confidence in this partnership with NuriFlex Vietnam, an energy enterprise with 33 years of experience in Korea. This collaboration will enable businesses in our industrial parks to enhance energy efficiency, meet ESG management goals, and move toward carbon neutrality.”

Following the signing, both parties will develop a detailed implementation roadmap tailored to the characteristics of each industrial park, while establishing a long-term cooperation framework aimed at delivering sustainable value to businesses and the broader community./.
