EVN's announcement on the prices of the rooftop solar power projects in 2023

1/ For rooftop solar power projects operating before July 01, 2019 (with confirming meter readings), the 2023 buying price is 2,207 VND/kWh (equivalent to 9.35 US cents/kWh), excluding the value-added tax (VAT).
2/ For rooftop solar power systems operating from July 1, 2019, to December 31, 2020 (with confirming meter readings), the 2023 buying price is 1,978 VND/kWh (equivalent to 8.38 US cents/kWh), excluding VAT.
In the announcement of Vietnam State Bank, No 659/TB-NHNN applied for December 31, 2022, the exchange rate was 01 US$ = 23,612 VND, EVN bought rooftop solar power projects with the following prices:
1/ For rooftop solar power systems with commercial operation dates from June 1, 2017, to June 30, 2019, 2022 buying price was 2,164 VND/kWh (equivalent to 9.35 US cents/kWh), excluding VAT, (in 2021 was 2,162 VND/kWh).
2/ For rooftop solar power systems with commercial operation dates from July 1, 2019, to December 31, 2020, 2022 buying price was 1,939 VND/kWh (equivalent to 8.38 Us cents/kWh), excluding VAT (in 2021 was 1,938 VND/kWh).
