According to Vietnam’s revised Power Development Plan VIII (PDP8), the country aims to develop between 10,000 MW and 16,300 MW of BESS capacity by 2030 to facilitate renewable energy integration and ensure grid stability. The combination of CRRC’s advanced BESS technology and SEV’s proven execution expertise forms a strong partnership to accelerate this transition. Together, the two companies are well-equipped to deliver high-quality, bankable energy storage projects that empower industrial customers and the national grid to manage intermittency, optimize energy costs, and enhance energy security.
This collaboration marks a significant step toward shaping a resilient, efficient, and greener power system in Vietnam, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to sustainable energy development and innovation./.
