The My Xuan 220kV Transformer Substation
The My Xuan 220kV TS in operation will supply stable power and meet the electricity demand of My Xuan 2 Industrial Zone. At the same time, this TS will contribute to: strengthen the 220 kV - 110 kV power grid connection in the region, reduce electricity losses, improve power system reliability, prevent overload for Phu My and Long Thanh 220kV transformer substations, and meet electricity demand for the socio-economic development of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province and neighboring areas.
This is a energy project of the number one level under group B with a total investment of VND 549 billion. The project invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), managed by the SPMB on behalf of the EVNNPT, designed by the Power Engineering Consultant JSC No3, built by the Power Construction JSC No1 and accepted for management and operation by the Power Transmission Company No4.
The main items of the My Xuan 220kV TS project include two new transformers of 220/110kV-2x250 MVA and 220 kV connections.
