Turnover of PTSC reached around VND 10 thousand billion for 5 months

Accordingly the before-tax profit reached 674.7 billion dongs, increasing 31.2% in comparison with the same time of the last year.

In May 2014, PTSC ship team was operated   with 99% capacity. Moreover, in order to meet sufficiently the service demands of the consumers, PTSC Service Ship Company has hired 58 more service ships which were operated in safety for 37,800 hours.

In order to keep the growth rate, PTSC determined to bring into play a position of strength in service activities,  market extension and foreign consumers looking-for as well.

For JOC Lam Son project, PTSC has completely installed FPSO in the mine, and now the connecting and testing works are implemented. Regarding the drilling rig building and repairing, in May, PV Shipyard started building  05 Tam Dao new drilling rig, repairing 02 Tam Dao  drilling rig and finished repairing 03 Naga  drilling rig. Besides, the member units of PTSC continued to maintain and implement the contracts on providing services at Hon La harbor (Quang Binh), wharf no.1 of Dung Quat harbor (Quang Ngai), Nghi Son harbor (Thanh Hoa). Especially, at Vung Tau downstream harbor, the contracts on providing services of hiring warehouses, offices and factories for 24

major petroleum contractors and more than 43 subordinate ones, with an exploiting capacity of over 98.5%, have been implemented very well .  Phu My PTSC Harbor well organized to develop wharf services, meet and see off ships, load and unload about 1.1 million tons of the goods with an absolute safety. Dinh Vu Petroleum Service Harbor Stock Corporation received, loaded and unloaded with a safety the goods for 24 container ships of the partners, as well...

In coming time, the progress of projects as Su tu Nau, HRD, MLS, Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant Long will be updated everyday by Director General Board. The implementation of 05Tam Dao rig, the safe and effective management and exploitation of Ruby II FPSO, East sea FSO floating stores... are also viewed as the main task of PTSC. In particular, PTSC will arrange the forces to successfully carry out the landmark of progress for receiving the first oil stream from two Thang Long and Dong Do drilling rigs, right in this June.

PTSC ensures to provide and control the 100% market of a logistics base service for petroleum exploration and exploitation in Viet Nam at  Vung Tau downstream harbor base, Phu My General Petroleum Services Harbor, Dung Quat Harbor wharf no.1, Hon La, Dinh Vu and Nghi Son Harbors.

In the background that China illegally has set its Hai Duong 981drilling rig in the EEZ and Continental Shelf of Viet Nam and has a lot of actions to overwhelm the law executive forces of Viet Nam, PTSC leaders direct to organize the management, safe and effective exploitation of seism surveying ships 2D, Binh Minh 02, 3D Amadeus, physical-geographic surveying ships as PTSC Surveyor, PTSC Researcher. The surveying and exploring activities of PTSC will be closely coordinated with the ones of the functionate organizations for participating in the cause of protection of the waters sovereignty of Vientam.
