Envision Energy signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Vietcombank

 - In Hanoi, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Hoang Mai Branch (Vietcombank Hoang Mai) and Envision Energy Vietnam Company Limited (Envision Energy) have just signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Envision Energy General Manager of Asia-Africa Market Mr. John Lee and Vietcombank Hoang Mai Branch Director Mrs. Pham Thi An Binh signed a memorandum of understanding in the presence of senior leaders and relevant members of both parties.

Envision Energy operates in the field of selling and installing turbines for wind power projects, also implementing green-field projects in Vietnam, already achieved remarkable results in Vietnam.

Vietcombank provides diversified financial services and financing services, offering high-quality banking services to various industries in Vietnam, Especially in the field of wind power, Vietcombank also has a wealth of financing solutions.

In order to promote business development of products and services of both parties especially in wind power industry, based on discussions in the spirit of equality and mutual benefit, Envision Energy and Vietcombank Hoang Mai have agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding with the following contents: content:

- Envision Energy will introduce to Vietcombank Hoang Mai about the projects that Envision Energy is implementing and will be implementing.

- Envision Energy will use products and services provided by Vietcombank Hoang Mai such as: Account services, domestic payments, foreign currency trading and international payments, project financing loans.

- Vietcombank Hoang Mai provides and regularly updates preferential interest rate packages for loans related to wind power projects for Envision Energy's partners.

- Vietcombank Hoang Mai introduces Envision Energy to projects of partners that have relationships with Vietcombank Hoang Mai that Envision Energy is interested in.

- Vietcombank Hoang Mai agrees to be a bridge of cooperation between Envision Energy and Vietcombank Hoang Mai's partners in providing Envision Energy products and services.

Vietnam, as the first stop for Envision Energy to enter the international business, has achieved remarkable performance; Until now, Envision has been awarded 1.75GW wind turbine orders in Vietnam, and nearly 1.2GW wind turbines are delivered(already 700MW COD and 500MW finished construction), which is the biggest onshore wind turbine OEM in Vietnam.
