In the first 6 months of 2022, the production and business results of Vinacomin met and exceeded the plans

According to the general report of the Planning Board, in the first 6 months of 2022, TKV's the production and business activities took place in the context of many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the first months of the year. The prices of the raw and input materials increased and especially the prices of fuels as imported coal increased very high by the impact of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
In the first 6 months of the year, there was a very important event, that Vinacomin successfully reported to the Prime Minister and received positive feedback on a feasibility and efficiency of Thach Khe - Ha Tinh Iron project if it will be restarted.
In June 2022, Vinacomin achieved a crude coal volume of 3.3 million tons, selling coal volume of 3.9 million tons, taking 15 million cubic meters of earth and rock, digging 23,566 meters of the brazier, producing 128 thousand tons of alumina, 10.1 thousand tons of copper concentrate and selling 810 million kWh of electricity.
In the first 6 months of 2022, Vinacomin achieved 21.96 million tons of crude coal equal to 56 % of the year plan (YP), coal selling 24.32 million tons, equal to 57% of YP, taking 78 million cubic meters of earth and rock, equal to 47 % of YP. It showed that the ratio of raw coal inventory of Vinacomin in the first 6 months of 2022 was kept at a record low level.
This recounts the hot strength of the market and capacity for producing, selling and supplying coal of Vinacomin.
In the first 6 months of 2022, Vinacomin produced 746.7 thousand of equivalent tons of Alumina equal to 57 YP, 55.3 thousand tons of Copper concentrate as 55% YP, 4.85 billion kWh of electricity as 50.6 s of Alumina equal to 57 YP, 55.3 thousand tons of Copper concentrate as 55% YP, 4.85 billion kWh of electricity as 50.6% YP, 40.3 thousand of chemical, industrial exploding material.
In the first 6 months of 2022, Vinacomin reached a turnover of 79,937 billion VND with profits of 2000 billion VND; payment to State budget of over 11 thousand billion VND, equal to 61% YP; average salary of Vinacomin employees was 14.16 million VND/month/person equal to 103.8% YP.
