TKV General Director meets with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Vietnam

General Director Vu Anh Tuan met and worked with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Vietnam.

The Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from TKV’s leadership and highly appreciated the Group’s role, capabilities, and reputation in Vietnam's mining industry.

Ambassador Kmonicek highlighted the Czech Republic’s strengths in underground mining technology, environmental treatment solutions, and technical training, where both sides can enhance cooperation in the coming time. He also wanted to facilitate connections between Czech enterprises and TKV to expand partnership opportunities, aiming for practical and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Speaking at the meeting, TKV General Director Vu Anh Tuan emphasized that international cooperation is a strategic priority for TKV, particularly with countries that have advanced mining industries like the Czech Republic. He expressed confidence that the Ambassador’s visit would serve as an important milestone in strengthening the friendly and cooperative relations between TKV and Czech partners, contributing to market expansion and the application of advanced technologies in the Group’s production and business operations.

General Director Vu Anh Tuan proposed that the two sides promote information exchange and explore opportunities for collaboration, particularly in technology transfer and human resource training in the coal and mineral mining sectors.

Deputy General Director of the Group, Nguyen Van Tuan, held a working session with Czech businesses.

Earlier the same day, TKV Deputy General Director Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan also held a working session with Czech enterprises to discuss enhancing cooperation in the industrial and energy sectors.

During the meeting, the Czech companies introduced various technologies related to coal and mineral extraction, screening, and processing, and expressed strong interest in establishing partnerships with TKV in these areas.
