Production and business results in 9 months of 2025

In the context of rainy weather in September, due to the impact of Storms No. 9 and No. 10, and low demand for coal from power plants, TKV has synchronously and flexibly implemented various solutions to promote production and business.

- Raw coal: In September, it reached 2.75 million tons (104% of the plan); accumulated in 9 months reached 29.52 million tons (107.1% over the same period).

- Clean coal: September reached 2.92 million tons; accumulated 29.22 million tons (105.6% over the same period).

- Imported coal: 575 thousand tons in September; accumulated in 9 months reached 8.59 million tons.

- Coal consumption: September reached 3.03 million tons; accumulated reached 34.06 million tons.

Other indicators:

- Soil and rock excavation: September reached 10.1 million m³ (101% of the plan); accumulated 111.8 million m³ (106.7% over the same period).

- Meters of excavation furnaces: In September, it reached 23.82 thousand meters (102.9% of the plan); accumulated 205.4 thousand meters (105.8% over the same period).

- Mineral products:

+ Alumina: In September, 118 thousand tons were produced; accumulated 1.09 million tons (104.6% over the same period). Consumption is 135.5 thousand tons; accumulated 1.07 million tons.

+ Copper ore concentrate: 9.5 thousand tons in September; accumulated 81.9 thousand tons.

+ Copper plates: September reached 2.61 thousand tons (111.1% of the plan); accumulated 23.6 thousand tons (106.9% over the same period).

- Electricity production: In September, it reached 531 million kWh (102% of the plan); accumulated 7.68 billion kWh (109.4% over the same period).

- Explosives: In September, 5.2 thousand tons were produced; 59.5 thousand tons were accumulated (105.1% over the same period).

- Ammonium nitrate: In September, 17 thousand tons were produced; accumulated 150.2 thousand tons (107.8% over the same period). Consumption in September reached 20.9 thousand tons (175% of the plan).

With the above results, TKV's revenue in September 2025 is estimated at 12.06 trillion VND; accumulated in 9 months reached 125.13 trillion VND (101.4% over the same period). Contribution to the state budget in September reached VND 1,336 billion; accumulated in 9 months was estimated at VND 19,723 billion.

Target for 10/2025

It is forecasted that the regional and world economic and political situation will continue to have many unpredictable fluctuations. Domestically, the weather in October may still be rainy and stormy, which is not favorable for coal – mineral mining, while the demand for coal for thermal power is still low.

In that context, TKV aims to continue to follow the plan, drastically and synchronously implement solutions to complete the task in October 2025, with several main targets:

- Producing 2.31 million tons of raw coal, 3.3 million tons of clean coal, and consuming 3.6 million tons of coal.

- Producing 115 thousand tons of Alumina, consuming 133.3 thousand tons.

- Producing 5.4 thousand tons of copper ore concentrate, consuming 2.6 thousand tons.

- Producing 850 million kWh of electricity.

- Producing 5.6 thousand tons of explosives, supplying 8.3 thousand tons.

- Producing 16.5 thousand tons of Ammonia Nitrate, consuming 15 thousand tons.

The Group's consolidated revenue in October 2025 is expected to reach VND 16 trillion./.
