 - Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV) has just worked with the Japan Energy and Metal Security Agency (JOGMEC) to exchange and agree on the content of the draft cooperation agreement "Training in safety technology and coal mining in the period of 2026-2028" and adjust to increase the number of trainees in the fiscal year 2025.

At the meeting, TKV affirmed that the training cooperation program between the two sides over the past few years has contributed to improving the professional qualifications, management skills, and safety awareness of officials and workers in Vietnam's coal industry. The training courses in Japan co-organized by JOGMEC help TKV access advanced technology, modern management methods and safety culture in production.

JOGMEC highly appreciates the effectiveness of cooperation and wishes to expand the training content in the period of 2026-2028, towards areas such as the application of digital technology in mine management, greenhouse gas emission reduction, deep mining safety management and the development of high-quality human resources.

The two sides agreed to organize a technical meeting soon to finalize the content of the agreement, ensure compliance with TKV's sustainable development strategy and JOGMEC's technical assistance orientation, and increase the number of trainees in 2025 to create more learning opportunities. improve the capacity of TKV's young engineers./.
