In addition, Vinacomin produced and consumed 815 million kWh of electricity; produced 4,900 tons of explosives, consumed 8,000 tons and produced 9,000 tons of Ammonium Nitrate, consumed 8,000 tons.

Completing the basic targets according to the operating plan, Vinacomin's total revenue in July 2024 reached 12,462 billion VND.

Thus, in 7 months of 2024, the total revenue of the Corporation is estimated at 100,721 billion VND, reaching 57.5% of the yearly plan, equal to 104.7% over the same period. Commercial coal reached 32.16 million tons, reaching 62.2% of the plan and equal to 112% over the same period; Raw coal production was 23.08 million tons, reaching 60% of the yearly plan, equal to 101.4% over the same period. Excavation of soil and rock reached 86.84 million m3, equal to 56.6% of the yearly plan, equal to 119% over the same period; The total number of tunnel meters reached 153,561 meters, equal to 53.4% ​​of the yearly plan, equal to 101% over the same period. Coal consumption was 29.1 million tons, reaching 58.2% of the plan and equal to 101% over the same period, of which 23.08 million tons were supplied to electricity households, reaching 55% of the plan and equal to 101.4% over the same period.

Vinacomin produced 5.98 billion kWh, reaching 57% of the annual plan and equal to 109.7% over the same period. Chemicals and industrial explosives produced 47,359 tons, reaching 64.6% of the annual plan and equal to 110% over the same period...

Entering August 2024, Vinacomin implemented its production and business plan with several key targets: Producing 2.78 million tons of raw coal; 9.95 million m3 of stripped soil; 23.83 thousand meters of tunnels; importing 1.2 million tons of coal; consuming 3.25 million tons.

It is expected that Alumina products will reach 114 thousand tons, copper concentrate will reach 8,300 tons, copper plates will reach 2,200 tons, zinc ingots will reach 850 tons, and steel billets will reach 5,500 tons. The target of electricity production is 640 million kWh, explosive production is 5,600 tons, consumption is 8,000 tons and Ammonium Nitrate production is 17,000 tons, and consumption is 12,500 tons.

To complete the set targets, Vinacomin will promote emulation movements, and production labor, focus on directing production units to be proactive, and flexible, maximize resources and capacity, strive to complete production and business targets; deploy mechanization, computerization, and digital transformation to increase labor productivity, improve production and business efficiency. In addition, Vinacomin also focuses on directing the strengthening of management and inspection of labor safety and hygiene; proactively preventing natural disasters, search and rescue; focus on completing, and maintaining the operation and efficiency of environmental works, and storm prevention to be ready to respond during the rainy and flood season.
