Power Generation Corporation 3 Equitization

Genco 3 Headquarter  in Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

Genco 3 is an enterprise with 100% state capital under the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN). The time for defining business value is 01/01/ 2015.

Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) asked EVN to establish a Steering Committee for Genco 3 equitization.

Equitization Steering Committee is responsible to define the value of the business, select strategic investor, establish the labor arrangement, production, business  and equitization plans, draft the regulations and other contents related to Genco 3 equization in accordance with the stipulations of the law.

At the same time, EVN has responsibility to publish  the value of the business, approve the equitization plan; report to the MoIT for appreciating the selection of strategic investor and the equitization plan, and submitting to the Prime Minister for consideration and approval in 2015.
