Despite currently the impact of COVID-19 on a worldwide scale and most industries are suffering losses, a trend of investing in the export processing industry is gradually forming, which is a very positive sign for the Vietnamese real estate sector.

During the past 3 years, the industrial real estate has been keeping attracting attention from investors, especially foreign investors. There are 3 reasons to explain why the real estate because so attractive now.

Firstly, a steady economic development, Vietnam keeps a GDP growth rate of 6.5 to 6.8% for many years. Secondly, fast urbanization speed. Abundant labor force with relatively cheap costs compared to other countries and developing transportation systems are pushing urbanization forward. Thirdly, Vietnam is considered as one of the most stable political institutions in the world at the present time.

These can be considered as the most important factors for investors, especially investors in the field of industrial real estate.
