EVN National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) receives the Project on "Information Technology Roadmap"

The project costs US$907,850, in which US$ 627,850 from the USTDA, US$ 158,000 from the US Tangible International Cooperation Company as a contribution of the Contractor on the basis of discount for software and labor costs and US$ 122,000 from EVNNPT as counterpart fund contributed to costs for activities of its staffs included in the project and office equipment of the foreign experts.
The last version of the project has been completed rightly in accordance with the terms of the contract signed between EVNNPT and TICC Contractor. The project focused mainly to build a 10-year roadmap for EVNNPT power transmission grid modernization by three-stage approach (2016-2018, 2018-2022, 2022-2025) on the basis of economic and financial analysis, with the new information technology and modern integrated information systems achieving managerial and operational targets of EVNNPT. Besides, the project also mentioned the 10 activities developed in process of technical assistance.
This project will be a basis for EVNNPT to develop Information Technology Roadmap suitable to the plans of production, business and development investment of EVN and as well as the Smart Grid project approved by Vietnamese Government in Decision No. 1670 / QD-TTg dated on 11/18/2012.
