Signing the contract for the ash and slag discharging system of Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant

Ash and slag discharging system is one of the important items of Thai Binh 2 TPP project.
According to the PVC, the EPC-PVC general contractor has selected PVC-PT/MIE/Viettronics Contractor Consortium for implementing this package basing on serious and careful working process for assessing ability and experience of contractors in detail.
The bidding package with an over VND151 billion value expects to be complete after a 17 month implementation period.
Thai Binh 2 TPP is the one of the projects in Thai Binh Power Centre approved by the government in Power Development Master Plan VI.
The Project is invested by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and PVN assigned PVC as the EPC General Contractor. The project development was started from 3/2011. According to PVC, for an over 4 year period, the general progress of project implementation has been estimated about 54.60%.
